Duranco Inc company was incorporated in Florida in 2010. The license is CGC1519363, held by Joaquin Duran. We work in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties out of an office in Fort Lauderdale.

We build kitchens, bathrooms and additions and we stay inside those three. Enough repetition in the same room types that we know what a house of a given age in this part of Florida has behind its walls before we open it.

Estimates are done on site and itemized. Permits go in under our own license and we meet the inspectors ourselves. Structural drawings for additions are engineered in house. The contract price is the price, and if something has to change you get a change order in writing before the work happens. Every job carries a written workmanship warranty. We are licensed and insured, with general liability and workers’ compensation cover.

He and team planned the kitchen very clearly, stayed within our budget, came out to take all the measurements, and went over all the details with us.

We had a few questions during the process, but Matt was always there to answer them, even on weekends. The kitchen took about a month to make, and everything was delivered and installed on time.

We did have one small issue because a drawer handle was missing. Customer service couldn’t resolve it right away, but once Matt found out about it, he took care of it quickly.

Really appreciate his communication and how involved he was throughout the project. We’re very happy with our kitchen!
