By opting in to receive SMS messages from Duranco Inc, you agree to the following terms.
Program description
Duranco Inc sends SMS messages to leads and customers who have explicitly opted in via a contact form on durancoinc.com or verbally with a representative. Messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders for in-home consultations
- Quote and estimate follow-ups
- Project status updates during active jobs
- Customer service responses to your inquiries
- Occasional promotional offers on our services (only if you opted in to marketing SMS)

Opt-out

What this website is
The site describes the work we do and lets you ask for an estimate. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote or a contract. Prices, timelines and scope for your project come only from a written estimate prepared after we have measured the space.
Estimates and contracts
Estimates are free and are given in writing. An estimate becomes binding only when both sides sign a contract that sets out scope, price, payment schedule and dates. Until that point either side can walk away with nothing owed.
Work that requires a permit does not start before the permit is issued. Where an addition or a structural change needs sealed drawings, those are produced by a licensed architect or engineer and are billed as part of the project.

Project photographs and descriptions on this site illustrate the kind of work we do. Materials, finishes and conditions differ between properties, and nothing shown here is a promise that your project will match a photograph.

Text, photographs, layout and graphics on durancoinc.com belong to Duranco Inc or are used with permission. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without our written permission.
