These come up in the middle of a kitchen, a bathroom or an addition, and they are the reason people end up juggling three trades at once. You deal with us for all of them: the general contracting we hold our own licence for, and roofing, air conditioning and solar through the licensed trade partners we bring in under our contract. Estimates are free and done on site, financing is available, and the work carries the same written workmanship warranty as everything else we build.
